Bastien Contraire
Self-taught, Bastien Contraire experiments with the stencil technique, whose constraints and play with the superposition of layers of color he appreciates. He made a name for himself in 2016 with his first book, Les Intrus, and launched his career. Alongside his activity as an author-illustrator, he creates exhibitions for children in an experimental and playful approach.
His sparkling images, which can be found in the book Dinosaures published by La Partie, bring together all these qualities: fun, educational and decorative!
