Charlotte Gastaut

Charlotte Gastaut was born and raised in Marseille, surrounded by fabric her mother creates and rocked by the tales her father reads to her. She left her hometown to study at the Penninghen school in Paris. She thus achieved her dream: making children’s books. Twenty years after she became a famous illustrator, author of fifteen albums.

She finds inspiration in her childhood memories, books and images that fill her life… Today, it is she who gives the pleasure of books to her children.
