Claudia Palmarucci

Claudia Palmarucci studied decorative arts and illustration at the Beaux-Arts in Macerata, then took a master’s degree in illustration and children’s literature at the prestigious Ars in Fabula school. Oil painting, colored pencil, her realistic and meticulous style was inspired by photography, cinema and literary references. In 2014, she won the Limen Art First prize in the illustration category, Honorable Mention by CJ Picture Book (Korea) in 2012 and 2015, the mention Opera Prima in 2016 then a Bologna Ragazzi Award in the Non-Fiction category in 2020.
