Little treasures

My little one, my sunshine, my treasure… sweet words whispered into the children’s ears to show them our enchantment and our love. In this exhibition, Marion Duval and Clémence Pollet celebrate the beauty of nature but also the joy of growing up! With their sensible hands, they reveal to us a fascinating and comforting world, full of colors, delicate shapes and tender scenes of everyday life. Marveling at a ladybug or fireworks, playing in the waves or in the park, shivering in the face of a storm… so many little joys and adventures through which the illustrators distill their magic.

Marion Duval will present images from her series of albums “The world around me” (Editions Seuil Jeunesse) devoted to the sky, water, fire and earth, but also original illustrations from her latest album Chasseur de glace (La Partie).

Clémence Pollet will present a selection of original gouache illustrations taken from her series of albums “Mon tout-petit” at Albin Michel (Je t’aime, Bonne nuit, and preview Miam et Bonjour) as well as from Croc, croc, carotte, or even Petits mondes and Petites merveilles (Hong Fei) made with stencils.
